Questions need answering
Bryan Foss, a visiting professor at Bristol Business School and an independent commercial and public sector board level advisor, asks some poignant questions about how UCAS determined the amount of demand that was expected. He wonders whether it was based on its 2010 figures, and whether they were a good demand predictor considering the spectre of next year’s fee increases being on the near horizon.
